Our Staff
At Little Creations Childcare Centre, our staff are more than caregivers — they are teachers, role models, and nurturers. Each educator brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to their work, helping every child feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
We follow a play-based approach inspired by Reggio Emilia and Montessori, where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and discover at their own pace. Our staff members are trained in early childhood education, certified in first aid and CPR, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
Most importantly, we believe in strong partnerships with families. By working together, our staff help children build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of learning.
